Alpha Male vs Beta (Why the Beta man wears the crown..)

Alpha Male Vs. Beta Male:

“How can those women fight over such a loser?”

“They are fighting each other and looking foolish when really they should be fighting him?”

“What’s he got that I don’t got?”

You often hear these phrases or phrases such as these uttered from the lips of so many. You may have uttered them yourself, and sat in awe as to why some women would be so foolish as to give their “all” to some “unworthy” individual. Even to go as far as fighting a complete stranger for their prized possession.

The following discussion may shed some light on the phenomenon—depending on your perspective.  Allow me to set a precipice for our discussion.

We live in a multi dimensional reality. Allow me to define what I mean by such. We live in a superficial or sentient reality that constantly has to reinforce its value structure upon us—the individual, and exert itself upon society as a whole. We also live in an actual reality that is hidden behind the superficial reality but prominently exerts itself upon us—because it is who we are. The two coincide and often clash for one is constantly trying to circumvent the other and prove that which is false.

I entitle the superficial reality the matrix. It is a holographic universe—an illusionary universe built on commerce—the commodity of goods bought and sold.  This reality’s infrastructure is built on the free flow of the commodity market. In this reality, the worth of things is based on a dollar amount. Every item and every transaction has a dollar amount. Even to the point that time equates to money. People become only worth as much as the amount of revenue that they can generate for the system—the matrix. Labor is bought and sold, ideas are bought and sold, services are bought and sold, items are bought and sold, dreams are bought and sold, love is bought and sold, women/men are bought and sold, children are bought and sold. In this reality everyone and everything has a price. This is the reality that we are taught from birth–the reality that is so vigorously instilled in our heads throughout out our matriculation through the institutions of education. It is constantly reinforced through media, entertainment, and pretty much any outlet that you can name.

And then we have the actual reality that is in completely juxtaposed– one that remains perfectly hidden in plain sight. And this is the fact that we are spiritual beings having a human existence—rather some of us are spiritual beings having a human existence. This existence does not place “values” on the individual. This reality knows very little bounds if any and is forever changing and evolving, but its basis stays the same. It is a dual reality– one of physical existence coinciding with that of a spiritual existence. This creates a dualism in itself. This is because these two realities are merged through mediation, by the instrument of the brain, through the function of the mind. Thus you will have individuals with great physical prowess that are deemed alpha and those with great spiritual prowess that are also deemed alpha. One translates very well in the holographic universe the other isn’t always as evident.

These precepts form the basis of our discussion. How is one defined as alpha and how is one defined as beta?

In our current state of existence the idea of an alpha male is very muddied.  The term doesn’t hold wait because the individuals that comprise our society have so many different value structures. You have some who hold money as omnipotent and will deem those with money as alpha males to be revered.  These same people will look down on a man without possessions as being “worthless”.  Some will hold a great athlete in high regard and deem them as being alpha, because of their great physical prowess.  Yet others, will uphold some great musician as being alpha, because they have such a great talent intertwined with a captivating aura—ie more intuned with their spiritual side.

So who indeed is correct?

Is it subjective? –Arguably.

I offer this commentary.  Anything that the holographic universe holds up on a pedestal is more than likely a falsehood.  Individuals have input a system in the place that has allowed them to accrue vast “wealth” and “power” through this current economic structure.  These individuals are seemingly “God’s” of the system because they have the ability to manipulate and dictate so much.  This is counterintuitive to the natural principle of survival of the fittest.  It places a corrupt variable within the equation—which doesn’t allow the fittest of body and spirit the flourish–but the fittest of manipulation to flourish.  And I would argue that these individuals and blood lines are the among the very weakest among us which is why they require this system to survive and maintain their power.

I digress, many among us in society have gift that aren’t necessarily able to be commoditized.  In such, these gifts are never fully developed, never recognized, and often seen in a negative light.  For example, take your typical child diagnosed with “ADD or ADHD”.  This is a phenomenon not understood by society but is treated as something negative that needs to be “solved” with medicine.  When in actuality it could something in the exact opposite light.  It could be a child with such a hyper developed mind that there is no way they can sit still and incur such a remedial –retarded manner of education that the school system forces upon our children.  Their mind is racing to infinity and back and the teachers teaching are stuck on “123” & “ABC”.   This is just one example of many.  We as a society are taught to kill anything not able to be made into a commodity.  In essence we kill everything spiritual unless it is spiritual convenient—ie religion which happens to generate billions upon billions.

So, I believe women tend to be more in tuned with the intuitive: their “feelings”.  Thus they will tend to pick up on these gifts with an individual unknowingly and unwittingly and take a liking to said individual-which brings us full circle.  Perhaps they are not fighting over a “worthless” individual.  Perhaps they are fighting over someone who is really special–someone who is quite the opposite.—someone who has been psychologically traumatized by society.–someone who doesn’t understand their gifts.  Someone who has been convinced their gifts are worthless and have in turn internalized this sentiment and outwardly manifested this pervading motif.–someone who hasn’t found motivation to succeed in the holographic reality and appears to be a “waste”.

This argument provides insight as to why the Beta male wears the crown.  There are many launch points from here that can be expounded upon.  But I will leave it here and leave those thoughts for another blog.

Sticks and Stones… But words will never.. (A blog about the parasitic function of Language)

Language: what is its true purpose? Is it a symbol of man’s progression or the ultimate reason for man’s stagnation?

The following commentary is a reflection upon a statement I heard during a lecture– regarding English as being a bastardized and duplicitous language.

This blog is also a reflection upon a 1970’s article exploring mush mouth and jive talk and why it is a necessity and of importance to the English language.

The evil of language…

I will begin with a powerful allegory that believe to be true in so many ways. The Biblical story of the “Tower of Babel”. If you’re not familiar with it, it involves the Golden era of humanity. The people of earth were in harmony with each other so much so that they developed and enacted a plan to build a physical structure that would reach the heavens. God I’m his anger and insecurity both destroyed the physical construction and confused the people by giving the people different languages.

This story, whether you hold it true or not, speaks volumes on many levels. It’s implications are profound and I will touch on a few here.

I must set a few precepts. I stand on my philosophical conviction that we are a de-evolved species. As is my belief we were once androgynous beings who communicated without the use of language. As such, the Book of Genesis within the bible hints at man’s androgyny with its dual creation stories. As woman was separated from man… Implying they were once one… But that is for another Blog… This blog’s concern is the nefarious nature of language and the function it provides within a socially engaged community.

Above we have story– a myth of the “Tower of Babel” which I categorize as an allegory of some type. In a way it transcends allegorical function in my mind. The primary focus is the fact that we have man on one accord. This implies that there was peace throughout all of humanity, because you can not built in times of tension or stress because you are focused on defense and paranoia. You have man in such harmony that they intended on taking their “humanity” to the level of “God”.

And how is this done?

By creating a “physical structure” that will allow them to attain that which is of “God”– “Reach the realm of the Heavens”. Now, the Bible would allude that this physical structure was a physical manifestation of Brick and Mortar… But I would ascertain that the physical structure was of the human form and body–as above so below. I’d argue that man was so in-tuned with the collective consciousness of each other that they were quickly rebuilding themselves and ascending both physically and mentally to a higher level of humanity. So much so that they garnered the attention of “God” himself– and I say himself loosely. Because the text says let “us” go down and confuse them.

What was “God’s” response.

That of jealousy, rage, and fear. He decided to destroy the tower, and confuse the minds of men– only leaving them with scattered languages to communicate with themselves. The implications of this is quite prolific. Here you have an “omnipotent” being feeling vulnerable. He felt threatened as though he could in a sense be surpassed by man. His best defense is to crumble the physical structure that man has created and destroy the mental, psychological and psychic solidarity that man created– as above so below.

I believe this was done by first creating a schism in the minds of men; followed by creating a schism in the bodies of men– no longer united we have both man and woman.

Yet I digress because this blog is about the duplicitous nature of language and it’s undermining of men’s social interaction. The barrier of language keeps men grounded and in a barbaric state of being– communicating on the most fundamental level. Even grunts posses more soul than a monotoned string of syllables.

This conviction provides the precepts for this Blog…

Language is the undoing of man. Language has single-handedly provided the tool that has led to the destruction of man’s cohesiveness. The function and nature of language allows for so much room for error and manipulation. Language extracts an idea or image or symbol from a source, transfigured that into words, and those words are then interpreted by a subjective source– and a meaning is contrived from this interpretation. If you have ever participated in the childhood game of “telephone” you have an inclination as to how easily things get muddied in translation.

Language is often the basis for class distinction. If you are perceived to speak with a certain drawl or slang you are automatically put with a social paradigm. A box that may or not be accurate, although some willing place themselves with this box by choosing to speak and act a certain way.

And then you have the nuance of dialogue–in which some innately seem to transcend language. They choose not to be restricted by the chains and rigid structure of language and they tend to take language to the next level. They do this subconsciously without even knowing– they begin speaking in slang creating their own vernacular. They begin to remove syllables and shift around syntax and generally accepted grammatical notions. They begin to speak with feeling, often slurring words or placing emphasis on tones and inflections. Essentially grabbing hold of the language and using it as their own tool. And this too is frowned upon by those higher on the social ladder of society because they can’t understand. They fear the slang, they fear the code talk because you can’t control what you don’t understand. But either way you splice it–that is but another rift created between men.

Ideas are transported between men. Ideas are limited to the language that describes them. Essentially if a word doesn’t exist describe a notion the notion can not exist. Language so much defines our reality– it restricts and binds the minds of men. Often keeping men within stereotypes and predictable roles.

And that’s just tip of the ice burg because then you have the written word. The written word has tribes all unto itself as well. You have scientific language, which differs from computer tech language, which differs from liturgical language, which differs from legislative language, which differs from ecclesiastical language yet all these different branches are supposed to work together somehow. And come together to work for humanities benefit.

Perhaps I will delve deeper into the discussion of language in another blog.

But I’ll leave you with this. Who stands to benefit from the division of men?

Who is the master of the tongue? If you control the words that are placed in people’s minds…. Do you also control the actions that are a result of those ideas?

Creativity (Is it yours… Or ours?)

It is said that we do not see with our eyes, but with our brains. Our eyes merely act as a lens to what we can perceive. Our brain can only see as much as our range of perception.

As I stated in a previous blog, I do not believe as human beings that we are creative beings. I do not believe that we can be the impetus of anything creative. Creativity implies that we can spontaneously create something out of nothing. I do not believe that we create anything in any arena of life from art to children. All that which we presumable create is merely the end result of a chain of occurrences—that being manifestation on this physical plane of existence the final result. We are merely conductors or purveyors of ideals and objects deemed creative. I believe all minds are unique and operate on different frequencies. Some minds are able to perceive beyond what the “typical” mind can perceive, their range of perception is oriented differently. They become a purveyor of that which is outside of the superficial. And by superficial I mean the things by which have their bases in this physical realm.
I do not believe everyone has the same level of access to this realm, so each of our conductors are all important and add something to the collective consciousness. They may pool from the same pool of information but the manner and things attained are unique.
Even though I do not believe that anyone is creative, for simplicity purposes I still refer to these people as creative individuals. These people include: poets, writers, scientist, artist, doctors, technologist, etc. — pretty much anything that draws upon ideals that are outside the grasp of the common man. These individuals have gifts and it is to up to them how they cultivate these gifts and by what means that they use the gifts. They can be gods unto themselves and utilize these gifts for their own desires or they can be of the “Creator” and use these gifts to benefit those in need or the collective.
Why monetize your art when it could help expand the perception of another in one way or another? Can you put a price on the collective growth of humanity? Do you have that right? If so, that makes you a god–but of what nature?
I do believe there is a percentage among us who have gifts. There are those among us who have perception into realities that are beyond the scope of this physical realm but have complete consequence in this realm. There are plenty among us that have the slightest idea of their potential—and are often ridiculed for their “differences”. I do believe that the current manner in which our brain is wired creates much friction. It doesn’t allow many of these gifts to manifest properly. It doesn’t allow many of these gifts to cultivate properly. And this creates for many scars on the psyche of individuals and much of the psycho-somatic backlash within individuals. Many of these gifts are beyond the scope of art or what we typical attribute to being creative. Many of these gifts are necessary for the progression of man but aren’t yet ready to be accepted by the majority of man. For man fears collective change yet will always follow suit once change has proven right.
And of course there are always those who seek to profit from man’s state of stagnate.

My first time pondering about this topic was in 2006 while in college and is as follows: There is no such thing as imagination. There is nothing tangible that one can grasp in the physical realm. Imagination is a realm of its own, a realm of information–decipherable, purposeful and in existence. Men cannot and has not thought of anything “new”. All ideas, concepts, and beings are translated through the realm of imagination. They all are alive and exist but to what extent, where and why is the question. Man is not a creative being; man is a tool who has the ability to tap into many realms and one being that of the eternal source. There are other entities around us that do not have this luxury… Our outer layer of skin operates as a brain in function if you will–it receives information–this information is communicated through art, but isn’t decoded by the actual brain like typical information is gathered from the other 5 senses.–As above so below–cosmic information is gathered and sent through light–received through skin–hair–melanin–decoding and communicating this information is the gift. Being able to decipher and understanding this information is taking the gift to the next level. Utilizing this information to better yourself and others is taking the gift to the highest level.

How long will we allow Religion to Rape our Spirituality…

The exploitation of spirituality by religions across the world…

IMG_3663.PNG
Spirituality and religion are two realms that can be mutually exclusive but happen to coincide more often than necessary.   If I dare use this comparison: I view Spirituality as the victim of a psychologically abusive abductor in the form of Religion.  This may be quite a sensitive subject because, as Stockholm syndrome would dictate, we have fallen in love with our capturer.  We are under the illusion, a comfortable subjective truth, that Religion is dogma—that religion is absolute truth, that religion is our savior.  Since our capturer has provided all of our spiritual pfood, shelter, comfort, and fulfillment—it must certainly be the complete gamma of what spirituality has to offer.  We have identified with our capturer so much so that some of us have laid down our lives in the name of our religion.  Some of us have murdered in the name of our religion.  Some of us have stolen innocence and destroyed entire cultures in the name of our religion.  Some have sacrificed our first born in the name of our religion. So, what is this phenomenon known as religion and why is it distinguishable from spirituality?

Is there more to a spirit than what the constraints of language, imagery, expectation, and imagination can conceive?

I consider Religion a parasite.  A contrived parasite that has latched on to something very real that is spirituality– a living breathing entity that is constantly evolving.  As per my philosophy we (at least a fair portion of us) are light or spirit beings having a human experience.  However one may choose to articulate the matter: whether we be vibrational beings, energy beings, or light beings to me it is all leading to the same source.  One’s spirituality can not be denied or hidden.  Most have an innate sense that we’re here for a “greater purpose”.  Most have an unquenchable thirst to know “why” they are “here”.  The seed has been sown in all of us.  Now this journey to the source isn’t necessary easy or necessarily our purpose.  But religion has provided a gross over-simplification of a complex issue.

IMG_3655-1.PNG

Religion has taken the concept of spirituality and held it hostage.  What is meant to be a means of freedom, a means of open communication of information, a medium of exchange, a medium of healing, a medium of empowerment has been replaced.  It has been replaced with strict dogmas that reduce everything to the black and white.  It has been replaced with spiritual atrophy. Man is convinced to disempower themselves and allow for their savior or external source to dictate the fates of their lives.

Many of the underdeveloped gifts that spirituality has bestowed upon us bleed through the oppression of religion.  There are revelatory gifts that some encompass in which religion cannot quiet.   There are untapped resources of physical self-healing that exist despite being taught otherwise. They call it the placebo effect—but it’s nothing more than the nescient or nascent ability of the mind to heal using our spiritual strengths.  Some of us have the ability to manifest our own futures by “speaking things into existence” and others have the ability of foresight (to know what is to come of us).  Ever been thinking of something and the person next to you seemingly reads your mind—and verbalizes what you were thinking?  Perhaps this was preverbal spiritual truth—how we as beings communicated before our de-evolution into our current state.

I do not know all of the gifts that our spirits have to offer but I am aware enough to know that they exist and have courage enough not to deny their presence.  But this is not an exposition of man’s gifts.  This is an exposition of how the regulation of these gifts has been used to victimize us.  How these gifts have been stifled and replaced with a rudimentary quality of life and existence. Some of the most powerful beings on this planet have the slightest idea of their potential.  Brilliant minds and brilliant souls are falling to the wayside. –And in the name of what?

IMG_3670.PNG
Now I don’t want to completely condemn religion because it does have its place.  It can be the building block of something special.  It teaches discipline and can provide a launching off point of where spirituality can take us.  We all have various levels of intelligence and discernment and maybe religion can be something great for a portion of society.  But to deem it the end all be all is tragic– fatal. And it keeps the gifted among us from being valued, from elevating our species, and helping to repair our collective consciousness.

How do we break the chains of our oppressor?  How do we leave our oppressor if we love our oppressor?  Is being in captivity so bad if I’m being taken care of?

When one manipulates the possibilities of the inevitable it impedes growth.  When you start people off and dictate the end result of their life before they are even born there is no room for growth. Their whole life is oriented towards achieving one destination or avoiding the other.  Spirits are meant to grow, expand, engage, create, and so forth.  None of this is possible when the possibilities don’t exist in the mind…If the possibilities can’t even be fathomed.. The existence can’t even begin to be manifested…

Rebuilding the Black Woman… Guardians of our Souls..

Kara Walker’s piece ” A Subtlety” is the launch point of this blog. An image that has provided the impetus for an exploration of our subconscious mind’s primary motif– an artistic requiem of glory lost.

Front depiction of the sculpture...

A rear view of the sculpture...
A rear view of the sculpture…

This blog will begin to scratch the surface regarding the significance of the image of the Black Woman. It is a reflection upon the restoration of the Black-woman archetype and her/its importance to humanity.

One look upon Kara Walker’s work opens up the vastness of a million portals–portals leading to truths of both past and present. In this larger-than-life sculpture, Kara depicts a modern rendition of a Sphinx like figure. We have the likeness of a woman crafted out of all white sugar. The woman has a “mammy” resemblance to her that is accentuated by the adornment of her crown with a scarf–something you may be used to seeing atop the head of Harriet Tubman. Her bust is large and exposed as if she were offering her bosom for suckling to any onlooker. In place of an animal body the figure maintains its womanly-curvaceous physique. All capped off by a vagina exposed from the rear view of the sculpture. Depending on the frame of reference of the viewer, we have a hyper-sexualized image of a woman. All the while the woman has a smirk on her face. Almost like she is taunting the observer to explore the depths that she has to offer. As if to say you can scratch the surface but you have the slightest idea how deep it can get.

Sphinx

Sphinx

We can juxtapose this image to that of the actual Sphinx. The image of a regal guardian spirit that stands poised in protecting her city– from a spiritual stand point and an authoritative stand point– a guardian queen if you will.

The two images side by side depict how far the Black Woman has been exiled from her thrown. And also the moral degradation that has gone hand in hand with this vanquishing of her archetype…

power
power

The archetype of the Black Woman has a universally visceral response to all that experience it. Her presence is never subtle. It is encompassing and this is evident on both a conscious and subconscious level. The vibrations that her spirit gives off is undeniable and often commands respect in one fashion or another.

She has fallen from the Creator-of-Man era…

To the Queen– the Ruler-of-Man era..

To the Mammy the Caretaker-of-Man era….

Too the hyper-sexualized– the Whore-of-Man era…

And along with her fall from grace has come the destruction of societal morality and spirituality. Yet her fall has not been of a natural order. It has been carried out in a systematic manner by the would be ruler of the present era. Her ruling archetype type has been assaulted and bombarded by her rival and polar opposite that of the White Male. A patriarchal dominated society who’s morality encompasses all but not limited to: greed, avarice, licentiousness, wanton, gluttony, selfishness, and anything else that appeals to one’s flesh induced desires.
This patriarchal archetype whether it be consciously or subconsciously is perpetually attempting to strip the Black female archetype of all power and authority. Yet as the “Subtlety” has proven… You can change her image but she will never leave her post…

As per popular culture the image of the Black woman is both imitated and mocked. There is a relentless assault upon the motif of the Black Woman. She is often both ridiculed and mimicked–creating a paradox of a unique kind. On the one level she is mocked but on a deeper level she can’t help but to be imitated as she is the purveyor of all civilization.

There is attempt to bring about a new way among the people of this planet. The key to providing the perfect segue into this way of being is the removal of our humanity. And the cornerstone of our humanity is the Black woman. There is an attempt to usher in a new era. One in which man is devoid of spirituality… Devoid of uniqueness.. Devoid of his bond with the universe… Supplanting himself as above or without integration into nature.. Almost as though we were transfiguring ourselves into machines…

Our humanity is what is at stake. There is a war going on that no man is safe from. And if we don’t protect our guardians on the most basic of levels. How do we expect them to protect us on the most critical of level–that which can not be seen and is ever changing? How long can they stand guard if they lack sense of Self? And we lack sense of perspective?

Can I define me? Or must the world…

You can’t let another man define your worth… This is the gravest of sins…

It causes much unnecessary pain… It’s very easy to be ushered down a path built upon the expectations of others… Even enslaving yourself to a path filled with your own expectations can be harmful… But to let the opinions and beliefs of others orient how you live your life is a life without freedom..

There can be freedom outside of comfort and stability.. There can be freedom in pain and uncertainty… There can be freedom in honesty… And where there is freedom happiness is sure to follow…

Yet to let another define your worth or anything of the sort is granting that person a power over you that they aren’t entitled to…
It’s as though they are god… And they are smiling down on their creation saying “I am well pleased..”

IMG_3354.PNG
So how does one define themselves… How does one become comfortable with themselves without being rooted in some innate drive..

Is there a force within us all… A spark if you will… A gravitational pull that instinctively brings us towards our calling?

Can one abandon there calling without repercussion.. First one would have to discover their calling and acknowledge that it exist and have the courage to pursue it despite outside influence… Before that occurs one would have to know they have a calling to begin with…

Perhaps innately within some there has been placed a seed.. Cultivating… And awaiting the proper time to blossom… When that time comes no longer can one’s calling be hidden or even denied… Perhaps that calling is merely an impetus to push forth you as a person and us as a collective organism… A collective consciousness that is as fragile as it is durable…
We may not all be endowed with this seed…And maybe some do need to be dictated to and defined by others…But there is always a divergent percentage that are unique and unfortunately get lumped with the masses… The road is straight and narrow and a path less traversed…
But if you do feel unique.. Are you not obligated to fulfill that which endowed you with your uniqueness.. Should it not be seen as a gift rather than a burden? It is definitely a journey to find oneself… And as we all have our gifts… It adds to the whole when we reach out and exercise reciprocity… But it all begins with the individual and having the courage to define self..

The Curses that Slumber your Gifts…

What curses and spells are you under?
How is your mind wired… And Why is it wired as such…What perspective does it lack…

How was your ideal of success oriented and formulated…

What do you attain to be and why?

How does one break them-selves free of mental bondage if they have no idea that they are enslaved?

Who seeks to gain from our mental servitude– which leads to our spiritual impotence…
These are some of the few questions that come to mind, when I give thought about the subject of Spells.Such is the world we live in… Many individuals are mentally enslaved to a particular mindset or thought process and have no idea anything else could exist… They are convinced that a particular truth is an absolute truth.  They are locked in a box with no means of escape… For the box is all they know– a prison called home…

How does one have the walls of their box expanded or broken down? I would presume through exposure- an exposure to different people, an exposure to different environments, an exposure to different energies, and an exposure to different thoughts.  It could be as simple as a word from the right person followed by an explanation that could break a mental spell…Sometimes we can’t see that which is right in front of us.
So what are these spells?
I call them spells because I believe that they are literally spells… There are those who seek to benefit from the myopic mind state of the masses…you don’t need to control the people when you can predict the decisions that they will make… If you can do that, you have in fact already have won. Predicative responses allow others to gain power beyond all measure, because at that point people cease becoming people and become a series of quantitative actions and results…and these actions and results aren’t proactive but reactive—reflex if you will.

Most of these spells are innocuously castes upon the perceiver.  The five senses cannot be consciously shut off, so on one level or another the brain is constantly having to receive and discern information.  So whether it be a conscious or subconscious level the brain is always active.  The brain is highly oriented towards patterns.  On a basic level we are very much a judging species, it is how we are able to survive the world around us.  It is how we develop our preconceived notions etc.  Therefore our brain tends to make associative-ties—it may associate a word with an action, a smell with a particular feeling, a touch with a memory, a symbol with who knows what or countless other associations.  There are those who have done vast studies regarding the psychology of the mind and believe they have the mind down to a science.  And through this science they initiate spells.  The most innocuous yet powerful spell is through song.  Melodies and messages attached to them tend to stick.

Try an experiment: count from 1-26.  Now count backwards from 26-1.  Next say your “ABCs”.  Now say your ABCs” backwards.–Now counting numbers forwards and backwards seems fairly simple because you know your numbers.—Now reciting your “ABCs” may be more difficult.  Perhaps it is because you do not know your “ABCs” as well as you would like to believe.  Perhaps you are under the impression that you know your “ABCs” and truthfully you only know the melody and the words associated with the melody.  This has very strong implications–especially in regards to belief and knowledge.

Song is one of the easiest ways to transfer ideas, mentalities, and so forth without the perceiver having any real control over its power.  Another means to cast spells is through visual slight of eye.  As is said the hand is slighter than the eye.  The eyes can be bombarded with more images than the conscious mind can discern.  It doesn’t mean these images disappear but are retained and stored within the subconscious mind and harbor influence and activity there.

An example: the movie “Fight Club” provided an excellent example.  One could be watching something seemingly innocuous like cows grazing in a field—a sophisticated editor could splice a picture of an erected penis in the image without your conscious knowledge.  They can flash the image so fast that the conscious mind can’t possibly register.  But the subconscious mind takes notes, and begins to register, and tends to begin the associative process.  And who knows what affect down the line the penis to cow association may have.  (Just a lil example).  Thus through mass dissemination of media spells can be placed frequently and under the guise of entertainment.  The fore front of which is led by the monster known as Hollywood.  As been told the “Holly wood” is actually from the tree upon which witches and wizards were known to craft their magical wands from.  Thus it particularly remains hidden in plain sight.

The fact that these spells hold no true power until the perceiver gives them such is why they are so powerful.  The perceiver tends to give them credence without conscious realization.  Over and over a melody may play in one’s head.  An everyday symbol that one may see can illicit any number of emotional subconscious responses—over and over: to the point it may become a daily subconscious affirmation.  A weakening of the state of the soul—that allows influences in and in a surreptitious manner. The end result is people behaving and making decisions without having complete control of themselves—a automated response based on an unnatural trigger.
Again one should ask, who are placing these spells and why?

How can one free others if they know not to free themselves?

And is perspective or lack thereof the sole responsibility of the perceiver?

How far does the influence of these spells reach?

Intellect Vs Wisdom (Whom do you choose to worship)

Recently, I listened to a lecture by Dick Gregory via YouTube.  He brought up an interesting distinction that I would like to elaborate upon. During his lecture he made the distinction between Wisdom and Intellect.  I’m paraphrasing, but he implied that there was a time when a good majority of people (Americans, citizens, ancestors, ect.) operated through wisdom, as opposed to now where the majority of individuals use “intellect” to drive their decisions.  At first I assumed one complemented the other but upon further contemplation they really couldn’t be further from each other.

As it is the spirit of Wisdom is far from a modern phenomenon.  Societies and cultures of antiquity have prayed for Wisdom, have created monuments representing Wisdom, and have had deities that are Wisdom.  You see Wisdom is all encompassing; it operates out of a sense of completeness, wholeness, an “all things considered” type of energy if you will.  Wisdom is timeless and its knowledge knows no bounds. Wisdom cannot be manipulated for it was enacted before man and will be long after man.  Wisdom draws upon the infinite and is innately communicated to us through our “ancient brain”. It is an accumulation of all the decisions that our DNA has made and scenarios our DNA has witnessed that has been passed down from one generation to the next.  When one chooses to operate through wisdom one is operating outside of themselves.  They are not only activating an inner truth but tapping into a collective consciousness that is far beyond the scope of the individual.

Now, the folly comes into play when we compare intellect with Wisdom.  I consider Wisdom to be a feminine aura and intellect to be a masculine spirit.  It may be arbitrary as to why but it’s simply the sense that I gather.  Intellect, as opposed to Wisdom, is a very autonomous phenomenon.  Intellect becomes unique to each scenario that it encounters; it tends to me amorphous and shifts to fit its current situation. It isn’t necessarily rooted in the past at least not a distant past.  Intellect is greatly tied to its brother logic.  Logic can be twisted and manipulated from issue to issue and sequence to sequence.  As opposed to Wisdom, logic is a very convincing mechanism. Wisdom teaches and explains it does not persuade.  Logic’s sole purpose is to convince the observer that “something” must be right. Logic relies heavily upon our sentient ability to process.  And of course any master manipulator can use one’s five senses against themselves. There are infinite strands of logic and the observer can pick and choose any strand they want to rationalize literally any decision that they make.  For example, there are people roaming this earth that are convinced that they are “in love” with an inanimate object. Now these are otherwise seemingly normal people, yet some strand of logic they have latched onto has allowed them to believe they are “in love” with an inanimate object. This has profound implications.

For those who dictate the logic are able to dictate the output of men.  The output of a man’s mind is aligned with the reality that that man perceives.

Logic and intellect can make slaves of us all if we allow it.  Wisdom is the ruler of all logic and queen of all intellect.  When I make certain decisions I tend to abandon as much intellect as possible and operate outside of the conventional.  I seek Wisdom and always keep the bigger picture in mind.  Give to Caesar what is Caesar’s.  In matters having to do with the matrix of reality that we operate within, I utilize the conventional.  But in matters that involve the nature of men and men’s actions, I rely heavily upon Wisdom.  For a system is quite logical and predictable, men tend to anomalies.

A Leader of One’s Self (Perhaps the Sheep should herd the Shepherd…)

Leadership is a very enigmatic subject for me.  I am full of ambivalent and conflicting opinions on the matter.  In my most fundamental belief, I feel every man has the obligation to be leaders of them-self(s) and should have the right to do so.  Yet, I myself have a natural leadership/rebellious quality to myself that tends to attract others.  I don’t know if it is some type of gravitational pull but admittedly such it is evident.  Thus I feel–yes, if a man is willing to be led, well then, that man should be led.  He is not void of all responsibility of himself but he knows that he is lacking in certain areas and is willing to be led.  And maybe that man is not lacking at all but has a sense that another has a greater vision than theirs and feels obliged to help see that vision through.  That has very little to do with competence but recognizing the “greater good” if you will.

From my observation, the majority of the general population is grossly lacking critical thinking skills.  I don’t know if they’ve been conditioned not to think for themselves but many of them don’t.  This may be due to a various amount of factors—mainly the nurturing vs. environment dynamic.  I view that the mind and its capacities is on par with any other muscle in the human body.  If it is not engaged or stimulated many of its faculties become stagnate and/or dormant or weakened. Thus with this lifelong inactivity of utilizing critical thinking skills, I am not sure if these people have developed the competence to think for themselves at this point.

You can watch a typical cluster of people become swayed by just about anyone utilizing some form of low-reaching dysfunctional-logic.  There is a clear divide between the clever and the dull witted.  And the dull witted heavenly outnumber the clever. This tends to create a grand amount of problems.

The question then becomes: Is it the obligation of the few, who are capable, to lead the many.  Or is it the responsibility of the individual to lead themselves.  A better scenario perhaps: is it the responsibility of those being led to hold the leader accountable.  But this would require an informed general population one that isn’t lazy enough to just trust a leader to do right by them.  A bit of a catch 22 because an informed individual could very well lead them-self(s).

So when you take this passive mindset and ideology and apply it towards religion, politics and popular culture one can quickly see the danger of this phenomenon.  On the flip side there are opportunities available for a healthy-conscious-righteous leader.  And if one were to emerge from among us all that has been made wrong could be reversed exponentially faster than it has been corrupted.  It is our obligation has individuals to lead, if not leading others to lead ourselves and become an informed public.  So that one day we can provide the platform for such a leader to exist.  And not so much exist, for they are among us, but become…

An informed public creates for healthy public opinion…

Tattoos – A reflection of the Souls Pathway?

Tattoos are a touchy subject. What was at one time considered taboo is now totally main stream—and quite popular.  My belief in tattoos derives from my overall belief structure.  I believe that there is a world beyond that which our sentient selves can perceive.  I believe this world is both parallel with our world yet beyond our world.  Some may articulate it as “life after death”.  Some may describe it as purgatory or the underworld.  While some may describe it as a “Spiritual side” as most of us are spiritual beings.  There is an array of nomenclatures to choose from. I do not have a clear cut articulation of this dimension or even how it is connected to the physical plane of existence that we live in, but every so often life throws a hint or two.  There is a crack in the cosmic egg if you will and elements tend to bleed through.

I do believe in what some would call “demons” or “angels “or “gods” or however you want to classify them—spirits (energy).  I do believe that these entities are beyond ordinary perception.  I do believe they have some sort of vested interest in us and our current reality.  I do believe some of these entities are benevolent, some are nefarious, some are indifferent and many are after their own self-interest.  I do not believe these entities are not necessarily eternal, but I do believe as beings with souls that we are eternal.  I do believe to an extent these entities are dependent upon us as a source of energy (a type of renewable resource), and they draw upon this energy in various manners.  One popular method is through prayer: a manner in which a person voluntarily gives forth their focus and energy to an outside entity.  Some entities may establish symbiotic bonds; some may feed off of pain, fear, and devastation; and some may use skillful manipulation to obtain what they need.  Some of these being are more powerful than others.  Some have different capabilities than others.  Some have different limitations than others.  Some are bound by time.  Some are bound by place.  And some are bound by rituals: ie incantations(songs), patterned movements (dance), sacred acts (sex, murder, etc.), opening of gateways (sex, drugs, alcohol, mutilation, tattoos).  Any of the above acts creates vulnerabilities within the soul to invite said entities in. The most subtle and powerful manner of entry is through thought.  Thoughts are their greatest means and their greatest mode of operation.  Thoughts are innocuous; most don’t take the time to consider where their thoughts are coming from.  And if thoughts are listened to enough they start to become a part of who you are.  They are repeated frequently enough that you begin to build a level of comfort with the thoughts and even start to identify with them.  Thoughts lead to beliefs, beliefs lead to actions, what you do in a way makes you who you are.

This leads to my beliefs regarding tattoos.  I do believe tattoos are one of those gateways. In a sense they are walking billboards marketing and commercializing your vulnerabilities.  They often times advertise which entities would have the best chance of entering or rather impose suggestive influence or rather afflict the person.  In a sense tattoos are a means of branding, a walking bill board if you will– a manner of free marketing to those who are open to suggestion.  I believe even the most harmless of tattoos can leave one open for suggestion.  All it takes is time and effort and a seed planted for suggestion to eventually manifest.  All it takes is for one small chink in the armor and eventually persistence will find its way in.

Thus I’m always cautious around people, and understand that when I’m around certain people that their actions may not be fully their actions.  I understand that their actions are a conglomerate of complex occurrences.  And I understand that if I choose to connect with these people on any level, I am not simply connecting with them on this physical plane but also on another level.  That the fact that I am choosing to connect with them, I am connecting with all that comes along with them.
